Alterations, Refunds & Returns

I understand that due to the custom nature of the order, alterations may be necessary & that these alterations require a minimum of 2 weeks to be completed.

I understand that Gelique cannot be held responsible for changes in measurements or changes regarding style or colour.

I understand that if the I am is not satisfied with any aspect of the completed order and alterations are needed it will be at my cost to return the order to Gelique's head office for assessment.

I understand that once Gelique receives the item, it will be assessed by our Quality Controller and compared with the confirmed order details to determine liability and next steps.
