Shipping

If the ordered item is in stock, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped by courier to your door - typically within 1 - 3 business days. All parcels include tracking and require a signature on collection.
If the ordered item is not in stock, please expect 1 - 2 weeks for manufacture and dispatch. We will keep you informed of the expected delivery time
Even the smallest item from Little Lace will be delivered to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note tour courier will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Due to the size and weight of our items, a maximum of 2 items can be shipping per courier satchel. If more than 2 items are purchased in a single order, these additional shipping costs will be incurred.
Boxes/Satchels are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at ellabellaclothing.co.za because you are not content with what you've purchased, you can do so in one of two ways:
- Return the selected item to our physical store, together with your printed invoice as proof of payment.
- Send the selected item back to our online shop, together with your invoice, and you will be refunded with the appropriate amount. Please note that in this eventuality, the cost of couriering the product back to our online shop is covered by the purchaser. The address details are as follows:

Please note that worn or used items will not be returned and Ella Bella Clothing management has the right to decline any return. All swing tags must be in place and the item must be in 100% condition.
Please also note that all returns must be received at our head office within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to be considered for return.

If we've made a mistake we alter at no expense to you.
